The only reason I tuned in was to see David Archuleta sing the Anthem. I am so happy for his success. We all need to start lobbying the Super Bowl people to have him sing the Anthem there next year. I am sure a Google search will lead us to the right website to make our request (demand?!)

I’m also NOT a football fan, but for the first time in my life, I tuned in to the Aloha Pro Bowl on TV — JUST TO HEAR OUR DAVID sing the SSB!!! LOVED it — but also could have seen more of David and less of the NFL players!! Ha, ha!
I sure hope David got great seats for the game!! I’m amazed at his travel schedule — I keep wondering just how many air miles he has acquired by now!!!

What happened to cooth??? I know he performed at the pro-bowl, was just curious if he flew back to attend! It is a shame he is not there, he should be rubbing elbows on the biggest night for singers, yet his mgmnt sent him to perform at a game in Hawaii that noone watches. hmmmmm
I’m sure that David will be at next year’s Grammys and will probably be accepting his own award, it’s only a matter of time! I know that David has acquired some new fans after that stunning rendition of the National Anthem. Any exposure like that is good exposure. Thanks for posting the video Fanblast, it’s great to watch over and over, nobody sings it like David does. We’re all proud fans today and David should be proud too. I’ve done my buying for David this weekend and it’s only up from here! It’s been a great ‘David” weekend.

I’m sure David was seen by more people at the Pro Bowl than he would have been at the Grammys. Award shows aren’t what they used to be. I can’t tell you the last last I saw even 15 minutes of the Grammys. And I don’t intend to watch tonight. I’m not even watching the red carpet.
Don’t sweat it! David is getting much need relaxation before he begins his tour.

The Pro Bowl game today looked so clean, clear and pristine and David Archuleta made it a particularly wonderful American event by singing the National Anthem with his pristine and clear,powerful voice. David was the true American star. No one can beat David James Archuleta who looks like an angel from heaven when he sings any song straight from his wonderful heart. Yes, Loved seeing him today!!!

When other singers do runs on the national anthem, I don’t tend to like it. It seems over-sung far too often. But with David I don’t mind and for some reason it doesn’t seem over-sung. It’s really good! He knows when to keep it simple and when to do a run because he feels the moment. Each performance is slightly different. Great job David!
